It looks like 5.0.0.714 has become official for the Bold 9700 via T-Mobile. Everyone with the latest official OS will be able to do a wireless update to 5.0.0.714. If you are not on an official build, you can also pick up the latest desktop version on the T-Mobile website, or download from the mirror link below. We aren't sure what the changes are on this build, but you should report back to us and let us know how it is running for you!
